Updated Connection Information

The following is updated connection info for checking your email via an email client program. You current settings will still work for now, but in an effort to make our mail service more flexible and more reliable for you, the following settings will be needed in order to check your mail in the future.

Your username for authentication is still the full email address of the account you are trying to check mail for. Also enabling SMTP Auth for sending if you are using our mail servers is still recommended.More Information on our SMTP Service and errors you might encouter can be found here:


The following examples use abc.com as the domain for illustration only, You should replace abc.com with whatever your domain name is.

Incoming Servers

POP3
ServerName: pop.abc.com
Port: 110
Or for SSL Connections
Port: 995



IMAP4
ServerName: imap.abc.com
Port: 143
Or for SSL Connections
Port: 993


Outgoing Servers


SMTP
ServerName: smtp.abc.com
Port: 25
This also supports TLS for Secure smtp Connections.


Third Party DNS
If you have a third party DNS provider,
please also ensure that your MX records are updated to the following.
